When Palatka High School was farly new to Palatka, the maching band was the pride of the school. The band was huge! Now, for the past 4 years, we started completely fresh, with a new band director, Joan McCraney. Ms. McCraney has been building ths band back up ever since she transferred to Palatka High, and her hard work has definitely shown.
We have done some very good shows in the past few years, with music from artists such as, The Black Eyed Peas, Michael Jackson, Journey, ad we are currently performing songs from one of the #1 rock bands of all time, The Beatles!
Our Story
Known for building itself up and starting over again from nothing 4 years ago, the Palatka High School Marching Panther Band, located in Palatka, Fl, is a Class 1A size band, just on the edge of becoming a Class 2A.
